What Is Turmeric?

Curcumin is the part of turmeric that has been studied most frequently for its uses as a dietary turmeric supplement and in food coloring and cosmetics. One study conducted by the Asian Coordinating Group for Chemistry showed that turmeric extracts may have antifungal and antibacterial properties.
